In normal average atmosphere and temperature, simple activity of walk, run, or movement, our body would sweat, and the taste of our sweat is salty. Why salty? The ingredients that make cooking food's flavor salty is, salt , not vegetables and meat. Accordingly, we assume that the reason "why our sweat is salty" is from the food we consume day to day. In science term, our sweat contains water and salt or sodium in chemistry term, and other numerous proteins that our body converts from food and drink consumption. Sweat is our body biological process to keep our body temperature in balance against the atmospheric temperature and also help prevent microbes and dirt particles from entering our body. Sweat is also natural metabolic process to release toxic substances from our body.
